1. Medical Treatment Details and Features

　We at this department provide consistent team medical cares for patients from hospitalization to surgery, postoperative management, and discharge from hospital in close medical cooperation with departments of cardiology, neonatal health, anesthesiology, intensive care and infectious disease. We perform collaborative surgical operations with the Department of Surgery to treat congenital tracheal stenosis complicated by heart disease and we provide medical cares for acute myocarditis and acute cardiomyopathy exacerbation with the application of assisted circulation. We also perform patent ductus arteriosus surgery for extremely low-birth-weight babies and systematic surgical intervention for the treatment of complex fetal heart disease diagnosed in the perinatal medical center.

2. Main target diseases

• Surgical treatment for congenital heart disease
• Surgical treatment for heart disease complicated by tracheal stenosis
• Assisted circulation therapy for acute heart failure (myocarditis, cardiomyopathy,etc.)
• Pacemaker treatmentby for arrhythmia (complete atrioventricular block, sick sinus syndrome, etc.)

At our hospital, as a rule, except in the case of emergency cares at ER we only accept patients based on a referral appointment system.
