About Visiting the Emergency Department

Q1.I don't have an appointment. What should I do if I want to be seen today?
Please contact us as follows:
(By phone) 03-5273-7711: Tell the operator, “I want to be seen today.” They will connect you to the appropriate department. Please describe your symptoms.
(If visiting directly) Inform staff at the 1st floor General Information Desk or Emergency Department staff that you wish to be seen today. However, please note that you may not be able to be seen depending on the situation of other patients. Additionally, we may recommend visiting another hospital based on your language needs or the urgency of your condition. Waiting times may occur depending on your symptoms and the situation of other patients. We appreciate your understanding in advance.
Q2.Which departments can I see in the emergency department?

Internal medicine and surgical specialists take turns providing emergency outpatient care. Please note that our hospital does not have a pediatric department.
