Advice for foreign patients
In-hospital interpreters (English and Chinese) have been allocated to provide safe and secure medical care for foreign patients since 2016.
Foreign Language Medical Coordinator (English-speaking nurses), in-hospital English interpreter (social workers), and in-hospital Chinese interpreter provide interpretation and advice about medical consultations and economic issues.
Request for interpretation
Come to the Patient Support Center when you have an outpatient consultation or are admitted. Sometimes we may be unavailable, so we recommend making an appointment via telephone in advance. Telephone consultations are also available.
Opening hours
Weekdays: 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.
Outside the above hours or if the interpreters are unavailable, you will be attended by staff other than interpreters that speak your language or use an interpretation tool.
Graphic interpretation is available for the following languages:
