Patients, caregivers, and visitors may use the parking lot at a discount by presenting their parking stub at the hospital and having it punched.
* Please present your parking stub at the following locations:
Visitors Reception counter (8 a.m. to 8:45 p.m.), Parking Lot Management Office (8:45 p.m. to 8 a.m.)
Patients and caregivers: 100 JPY for the first 3 hours, additional 100 JPY/hr thereafter
Visitors: 100 JPY for the first hour, additional 200 JPY/hr thereafter

・Psychiatric disability passbook
・Chronic pediatric illness medical card
・Intellectual disability passbook (“Ai no Techo”)

Procedure
Please present your parking stub and passbook/medical card at the counters below.
・Visitors Reception (8 a.m. to 8:45 p.m.)
・Parking Lot Management Office (8:45 p.m. to 8 a.m.)
* If the patient you are caring for is presently applying for their passbook/card, please keep your parking lot receipts and follow the procedures for a refund at the Parking Lot Management Office once the passbook/card is issued (procedure hours: 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.)

Restaurant information
Purchase the meal ticket of your choice from the ticket vending machine. Take the ticket to the counter and wait for your tray to be prepared. Carry your tray to your seat, enjoy your meal, and return the tray to the counter when you are finished.
here is a breakfast, lunch, and dinner menu (rice with side dishes, rice with topping, noodles, etc.)
Lighter refreshments are also available (snacks, beverages, desserts, etc.)

Haircut (includes shampoo and blow dry)
Men: 3,000 JPY. Women: 3,600 JPY.
Shaving is 500 JPY extra.
Haircut in hospital ward (no shampoo or blow dry)
Men: 2,500 JPY. Women: 3,000 JPY.
Beauty salon information
Reservations are given priority but not required.
Please inquire in advance for service outside hours and make a reservation.
We also offer wig fitting and consultation.
(6) Coin-operated laundry
Location
Floors 4 to 14 in Main Building and Floors 2, 4, and 5 in Building 3

9 a.m. to 7 p.m.
Price list
Washer 150 JPY/cycle
Dryer 100 JPY/30 min.
Other
Detergent can be purchased in the Store (3rd floor of Main Building).
There is no change machine in the hospital.
(7) TV card vending machine

Floors 1 and 4 to 14 in Main Building and Floors 2, 4, and 5 in Building 3
Price
1,000 JPY (1,000 points) for 850 min. (approx. 14 hours)
Refrigerator: 200 JPY for 24 hours
Internet: 300 JPY per day
Refund of unused balance
The TV card refund machine is near the Visitors Reception counter on the 1st floor of the Main Building.
Refunds are made in units of 10 yen (10 points).
Balances of under 10 yen will not be refunded.
