Visiting and Meeting Infomation

This is information on the meeting times and precautions when meeting patients.

We prioritize the rest and treatment of patients in regards to meetings and visitors. Please take into consideration strict compliance with the meeting times and precautions. In addition, please understand that we cannot respond to inquiries about patients over the phone to protect privacy.


Meeting Times

Please meet patients at the following times due to rest in recuperation and issues in the prevention of crime.
General wards7:30 a.m. to 9 p.m.
Palliative Care WardMeetings are possible 24 hours a day
Please make sure to fill in your name at the Meeting Reception on the first/second floor and then take a badge. Please then proceed to the ward after completing these reception procedures.

Precautions

  • Please refrain from meetings with children to prevent accidents and infections.
  • Please refrain from meetings with a large number of visitors at once or meetings over a long time so as not to inconvenience other patients.
  • Please refrain from smoking, eating or drinking, drinking alcohol and using the telephone in the wards.

Patient Support Center

We provide support to families and consultations over the phone, so please feel free to use this center.
Patient Opinion and Consultation CounterWe handle various opinions, requests and consultations from patients.
Medical Support OfficeOur expert counselors handle the following consultations.
  • Medical expenses (e.g., various public medical expense assistance programs)
  • Various problems in life during recuperation (e.g., programs to support living, allowances and pensions)
  • Living, nursing care, households, workplaces and schools after discharge from hospital
  • Worries due to illnesses and disabilities
Nursing Consultation OfficerWe handle consultations about life during hospitalization, recuperation at home, and introductions to nursing care supplies and medical equipment.
