Neurology
The department of Neurology provides comprehensive medical care for a wide range of neurological disorders, including diseases of the brain, spinal cord, peripheral nerves, and muscles. These include cerebral infarction, multiple sclerosis, neuromyelitis optica, myasthenia gravis, Parkinson’s disease, Parkinson’s syndrome, Alzheimer’s disease, other dementias, amyotrophic lateral sclerosis, neuropathy, muscle diseases, epilepsy, and headaches.
We work closely with local clinics to deliver integrated care across all stages of illness—from the acute phase to long-term management and treatment of intractable neurological diseases. Our department is equipped with advanced neuroimaging technologies, including head CT, MRI of the brain and spinal cord, and nuclear medicine studies such as DAT scans and cerebral blood flow scintigraphy.
