  • Individuals determined to need emergency care will be handled at the ER.
  • Outside of those patients, we will make every effort to address your medical needs as much as possible, but because our outpatient visits are on an appointment system, such patients may have to wait or visit at a later date.

Medical Reception (Window 1)

First-time visitors, please bring your medical application form, health insurance card, and your referral form.
Return visitors, please bring your consultation ticket.

When your consultation number is soon to be called, a message will display on your pager, so please wait in the lounge.

When a message displays on your pager, please enter the consultation room.

Outpatient Treatment Reception

When your consultation has finished, please present your prescription and treatment plan form.
After the person in charge completes accounting, a message will be sent to your pager for details on payment.

Those Taking Tests : Billing Reception (Window 2)

When your X-ray or other tests are complete, please present your consultation ticket, your prescription, and your treatment plan.
After the person in charge verifies your documents, they will present you with a prescription (for patients needing external prescriptions).
After the person in charge completes accounting, a message will be sent to your pager for details on payment.

  • Those not waiting with a pager will be presented with a prescription (for patients needing external prescriptions), along with their consultation card and accounting number slip.
    Those waiting to be called up for guidance will be displayed on the accounting display board.

Automatic Payment Machine

Insert your pager into the automatic payment machine (insert your consultation card if you do not have a pager), and pay the amount specified.
The machine will issue a receipt, an appointment ticket, and a medicine voucher (for patients needing internal prescriptions).

Those with External Prescriptions : Dispensing Pharmacy (Create Primary Care)

We ask that for medicine, you receive your prescriptions from regional dispensing pharmacies.
This is to prevent the duplication of prescribed medicines from other medical institutions, as well as preventing side effects due to interacting medicines.

  • This hospital promotes issuing external prescriptions.

Those with Internal Prescriptions : Internal Pharmacy (Medicine Dispensary)

Your medicine voucher number will be displayed on the electronic display board. Please take your medicine as specified by the voucher.
Confirm the name on the medicine bag.
