とりあつかう疾患・症状（Diseases and symptoms）泌尿疾病、症状

当院は癌と救急を主な対象としておりますが、当科では尿路（腎・尿管・膀胱・尿道）や男性生殖器（前立腺・陰茎・精巣）における下記疾患を中心に、副腎や後腹膜を含め幅広く診察、治療（主に手術）を行っています。5.については矢野が、6.については北原が主に対応します。

疾患　Urological diseases (Common diseases)　疾病

1. 腫瘍（癌など）：　腎癌、膀胱癌、前立腺癌、前立腺肥大症、精巣（睾丸）癌など。
   Cancer and tumor: Kidney (renal) cancer, Bladder cancer, Prostate cancer, Testicular cancer, Penile cancer, Benign prostate hyperplasia, Adrenal tumor, Retroperitoneal tumor, etc.
2. 先天的異常（奇形）：　膀胱尿管逆流、腎盂尿管移行部狭窄、包茎、尿膜管遺残など。
   Congenital diseases: Hydronephrosis (PUJ stenosis), VUR (Vesicoureteral reflux), Phimosis, Urachal fistula, etc.
3. 結石：　腎結石、尿管結石、膀胱結石など。
   Urolithiasis: Renal stone, Ureteral stone, Bladder stone, treated with medical expulsive therapy (MET), Extracorporeal shock wave lithotripsy (ESWL), Transurethral lithotripsy (TUL), and Percutaneous nephrolithotripsy (PNL)
4. 感染症：　腎盂腎炎、前立腺炎、膀胱炎、精巣上体（副睾丸）炎、性感染症など。
   Urinary tract infection: Pyelonephritis, Prostatitis, Cystitis, Epididymitis, Sexually transmitted disease, etc.
5. 排尿（蓄尿）機能障害：　神経因性膀胱、尿失禁、過活動膀胱、夜尿症など。
   Disorders of urinary storage and urination: Incontinence, Over active bladder (urinary urgency), Neurogenic bladder, Nocturia, Nocturnal enuresis, etc.
6. 男性機能障害：　不妊症、男性更年期障害、勃起不全など。
   Male sexual dysfunction: Male infertility, Late onset hypogonadism (male climacteric disorders), Erectile dysfunction, etc.
7. その他：　陰のう水腫、尿道狭窄症、精索静脈瘤、後腹膜線維化症、精索捻転、外傷など。
   Others: Hydrocele, Varicocele (Testes), Urethral stenosis, Retroperitoneal fibrosis, Torsion of spermatic cord, Injury (Trauma) of genitourinary organ etc.

症状 Symptoms　症状

1. 尿が出にくい、近い、漏れる。尿をするときに痛い。
   Urination difficulty and/or frequency, incontinence (wet underwear), Micturition pain.
2. 尿が赤い、にごっている。精液が赤い。
   Hematuira (bloody urine), Cloudy Urine, Hematospermia (blood in semen).
3. 脇腹が痛い（泌尿器科以外の原因も多いです）。
   Flank pain (which often results from non-urological diseases like colon, ovary, vascular, vertebrae, etc.).
4. ペニスや睾丸、陰のうが腫れている、痛い。
   Pain and/or swelling of penis, testis or scrotum.
5. 子供ができない。勃起がうまくできない。
   Infertility, Erectile dysfunction.
6. 性器の発達が遅れている、ほかの人と違うようだ（男子）。
   Under-development of male external genitalia.

健康診断で　Problems in Physical checkup　体检的结果

1. 尿に血が混ざっている、にごっている。
   Microscopic hematuria, Pyuria
2. 50歳以上の男性で血中PSA値が高い。（50歳代＞2.5、70歳代＞4.0）
   Elevation of serum prostate specific antigen (PSA) level >2.5ng/ml in 50s, >4.0ng/ml in 70s.
3. 腹部超音波で腎、膀胱、前立腺に異常があるといわれた。
   Abnormal findings of adrenal gland, kidney, bladder, and prostate by abdominal ultrasound screening.
