1. Medical Treatment Details and Features

　We provide medical treatment for patients with any kind of pediatric nephrotic syndrome and pediatric rheumatic connective tissue disease, in cooperation with other departments including Urology, Endocrinology and Metabolism and Orthopedics depending on characteristics of the diseases. Our facility has the country’s leading nationwide experience in treating pediatric idiopathic nephrotic syndrome, pediatric peritoneal dialysis and kidney transplant.

2. Main target diseases

• Chronic glomerulonephritis, Acute glomerulonephritis
• Nephrotic syndrome
• Acute renal failure, kidney disease at predialysis stage, End-stage renal failure (peritoneal dialysis, hemodialysis, prior to renal transplantation), etc.
• Connective tissue disease/rheumatic disease (juvenile idiopathic arthritis, systemic lupus erythematosus, etc.)

At our hospital, as a rule, except in the case of emergency cares at ER we only accept patients based on a referral appointment system.
